摘　　要：以《工业机器人技术》课程为载体,以高职技能型人才"工匠精神"课程育人培养体系建设为核心,进行高职课程育人培养模式的研究。构建涵盖课程建设、教学模式、产教融合、教学团队、第二课堂等要素的"五位一体"《工业机器人技术》"工匠精神"课程育人培养体系,分析研究在各个环节下的"工匠精神"课程教学育人,实现高职技能型人才的"工匠精神"课程育人培养目标,全面提升学生的职业能力和综合素质。Taking the course of"Industrial Robot Technology"as the carrier,and the construction of the"craftsman spirit"course education and training system for high vocational skilled talents as the core,the study of the education and training mode of higher vocational courses is carried out to construct a"five-in-one""Industrial Robot Technology""craftsman spirit"curriculum education and training system covering curriculum construction,teaching mode,integration of production and education,teaching team,second classroom,etc..The article analyzes and studies the"craftsman spirits"course teaches in each link and educates people,and realizes the training goal of"craftsman spirit"course for higher vocational skilled talents,and comprehensively improves the professional ability and comprehensive quality of students.
