摘　　要：加强大学生创新创业孵化基地建设是人才培养的重要抓手。各高校在创新创业孵化基地建设上采取了一系列措施,取得了一定的成效,但在创新创业的氛围营造、机制健全、队伍建设、项目转化等方面存在一些问题,需要进一步完善基地管理机制、营造浓郁文化氛围、强化师资队伍建设、促进项目整合转化推广,不断提升创新创业孵化质量和管理水平。Strengthening the construction of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base is an important starting point for talent training.Colleges have taken a series of measures in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases and achieved certain results.However,there are some problems in the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere build,mechanism,team construction and project transformation.It is necessary to further improve the base management mechanism,create a strong cultural atmosphere,strengthen the construction of teachers and promote the integration,transformation and promotion of projects,continuously improve the quality and management level of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation.
