摘　　要：目的对修订版记忆行为问题量表进行汉化并评价其信效度。方法采用翻译、回译、预试验及研究小组定稿等步骤对量表进行汉化及文化调适。2019年3月-7月在北京某三级甲等医院记忆门诊对210例痴呆患者的照顾者采用汉化后的修订版记忆行为问题量表进行调查。采用项目分析和验证性因子分析对条目进行筛选,采用内部一致性及重测信度对其信度进行评价,采用验证性因子分析对其结构效度进行评价。结果经条目筛选后中文版修订版记忆行为问题量表共保留19个条目。修订后,两分量表结构效度验证性因子分析近似误差均方根(RMSEA)分别为0.056和0.052;比较拟合指数(CFI)分别为0.900和0.924;Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.802和0.808;重测信度组内相关系数(ICC)分别为0.801(P=0.001)和0.861(P<0.001)。结论经修订后的中文版修订版记忆行为问题量表信效度良好,可以用于痴呆患者的照顾者作为评价痴呆患者记忆行为问题的工具。Objective To translate the Revised Memory and Behavior Problems Checklist into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods After translation and back translation,the Revised Memory and Behavior Problems Checklist was adjusted according to the translation,back translation,pre-test and finalization of the study group.A total of 210 caregivers of dementia patients were investigated with Chinese version of Revised Memory and Behavior Problems Checklist in the memory clinic of a tertiary hospital in Beijing from March to July 2019.Item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were applied to select items.Internal consistency and retest reliability were used to evaluate its reliability,and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate its structural validity.Results After adjustment,the Chinese version of Revised Memory and Behavior Problems Checklist retained 19 items.After the scale was revised,the results of structural validity showed the approximation error of two subscales were 0.056 and 0.052,the comparative fit index of two subscales were 0.900 and 0.924.The Cronbach'sαof the two revised subscales were 0.802 and 0.808,and the intraclass correlation(ICC)were 0.801(P=0.001)and 0.861(P<0.001)respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of Revised Memory and Behavior Problems Checklist has good reliability and validity,which could be used by caregivers of dementia patients as a tool to evaluate the memory and behavioral problems of dementia patients.
