摘 要:随着海上风电的发展,越来越多的风电场被建立在航道附近,为保护海上风电设施的安全,防止船舶与风电设备发生碰撞,同时减少由于船舶避碰转向所造成的航程浪费,文中借助模拟退火算法,将本船与其他多目标船的转向幅度视为多目标函数优化问题,在可行解集合空间中求取满足适应度函数和约束条件的最优转向避碰幅度.仿真试验结果表明:本方法能够满足风电场附近水域多船会遇态势下的让路船转向避让行动决策的有效性要求.With the development of offshore wind power,more and more wind farms are built near waterways.In order to protect the safety of offshore wind power facilities,prevent the collision between ships and wind power equipment,and reduce the voyage waste caused by ship collision avoidance steering,this paper regarded the steering amplitude of this ship and other multi-objective ships as a multi-objective function optimization problem with the aid of simulated annealing algorithm.In the feasible solution set space,the optimal steering collision avoidance amplitude satisfying the fitness function and constraint conditions was obtained.The simulation results show that this method can meet the effectiveness requirements of the decision-making of the steering avoidance action of the giving way ship under the situation that multiple ships will encounter in the waters near the wind farm.
