摘  要:在水质监测中时常发生总氮测定值小于氨氮测定值的问题,本文从对总氮、氨氮实验原理出发,发现总氮比氨氮多了一步碱性过硫酸钾消解的过程,通过对消解试剂、消解时间、玻璃器皿干净程度、实验环境等因素进行讨论,找出避免此类问题的措施。In water quality testing, it often happens that the measured value of total nitrogen is less than that of ammonia nitrogen.This paper starts from the experimental principle of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen, found that total nitrogen had one more step than ammonia nitrogen in the process of alkaline potassium persulfate digestion. By discussing the factors such as the digestion reagent,digestion time, the cleanliness of glassware, the experiment environment and so on, the measures to avoid such problems were found out.
