摘 要:随着工业制造技术不断地改型升级,对零件的安装、系统固定件位置的准确性、精确性要求越来越高,复合材料的数字化制造技术日趋得到重视。对此,采用先进的数字化检测设备—激光雷达和激光跟踪仪,在复合材料制造过程中实现对零部件及其制造模具的精确检测,对零部件组合的监控和调整,以及虚拟装配等方面的应用,总结了数字化测量在航空制造领域中的若干关键技术,可有效提升航空制造业的生产质量和数字化水平。With the continuous upgrading of industrial manufacturing technology,the requirements for the accuracy of the installation of parts and the position of system fasteners become increasingly high,and the digital manufacturing technology of composite materials is paid more and more attention.In this regard,the advanced digital detection equipment LIDAR and laser tracker are used to realize the accurate detection of parts and their manufacturing molds,the monitoring and adjustment of parts combination,and the application of virtual assembly in the process of composite material manufacturing.In this paper,some key technologies of digital measurement in the field of aviation manufacturing are summarized.It can effectively improve the production quality and digital level of aviation manufacturing industry.
