农村大学毕业生城市适应状况个案调查  

A Case Study on Urban Adaptation of Rural College Graduates

摘　　要：采用个案研究的方法,访谈8位留在城市工作的农村大学毕业生,发现他们普遍存在着环境适应存在生活和工作瓶颈、文化适应呈现不同状态、心理适应面临较大压力等城市适应问题,在此基础上进行原因分析,并从学校、家长和大学生自身提出解决方案。This study adopts the method of case study,8 rural college graduates who stayed in the city to work were interviewed.Their common problems of urban adaptation include:life and work bottleneck in environmental adaptation,different states of cultural adaptation,great pressure in psychological adaptation,etc.On the basis of reason analysis,suggestions are put forward from the school,parents and college students themselves.
