摘　　要：辅导员工作中出现的师源性心理伤害,对学生的学业、心理、师生关系等都造成不良影响,会带来消极情绪的恶性循环。师源性心理伤害的成因主要在于部分辅导员观念偏差、工作情绪和工作方法不当及大学生自身的问题。规避师源性心理伤害需要帮助辅导员减压,提升辅导员业务素质能力,加大学生心理健康教育工作力度,形成多方聚力的局面。辅导员和高校层面要自觉做好对已经产生伤害的学生的干预。Teacher-induced psychological harm in the work of counselors has a negative impact on students'ac‐ademic performance,psychology,and teacher-student relationship,and will bring about a vicious circle of negative emotions.The main causes of teacher-induced psychological harm are the misconceptions of some counselors,work mood,improper working methods,and many college students’own problems.Avoiding teacher-induced psy‐chological harm requires counselors to reduce stress,improve their professional competence,increase students'mental health education,and form a multi-faceted situation.Counselors and universities should consciously intervene in students who have already caused harm.
