摘 要:结合重载铁路隧道基底脱空病害特征,设计基底脱空条件下隧道铺底结构疲劳试验装置,并考虑隧道基底无水、富水环境等因素,开展隧道铺底脱空病害下的结构疲劳试验。基于试验结果的分析,探讨脱空条件下隧道铺底结构的疲劳演化特性,拟合得到300 mm脱空条件下隧道铺底结构试件疲劳寿命演化曲线。研究结果表明:基底脱空条件下,隧道铺底结构疲劳性能呈“倒S型”演化趋势,结构疲劳寿命随着应力水平增大而显著缩短;受地下水的影响,富水环境隧道底部结构疲劳寿命显著短于无水环境,且随着应力水平的升高,缩短的比例也越大;建立的基底脱空条件下隧道铺底结构疲劳寿命演化曲线,可用于隧道底部结构损伤状态的评价。In this paper,the fatigue test equipment of tunnel bottom structure with void was designed,and the fatigue test of tunnel bottom structure with void was carried out considering the factors of water-free environment and water-rich environment.Based on the analysis of the test results,the fatigue evolution characteristics of the tunnel bottom structure under the condition of cavity were discussed,and the fatigue life curve of the tunnel bottom structure specimen under the condition of 300mm cavitation was obtained.The results show that the fatigue performance of the structural specimens at the bottom of the tunnel shows an inverted S-shaped evolution trend,and the fatigue life of the structural specimens decreases significantly with the increase of the stress level.Under the influence of groundwater,the fatigue life of the bottom structure of the tunnel in the water-rich environment is significantly shorter than that in the water-free environment,and the proportion of fatigue life is shortened with the increase of stress level.The fatigue life evolution curve of tunnel bottom structure with void can be used to evaluate the damage status of tunnel bottom structure.
