摘 要:为了提高涤纶织物数字印花效果,本研究采用TEMPO(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-氮-氧化物)氧化法制备了氧化微纤化纤维素(T-MFC),结合助剂制备预处理液。采用数字喷墨方式,研究了T-MFC在预处理液中的用量变化对涂布后的涤纶织物数字印花性能的影响。结果表明:T-MFC在预处理液中占比0.7%(质量分数)为最优T-MFC预处理方案,与未处理织物相比,此时织物C、M、Y、K四色印花K/S值分别提升了29.1%、123.1%、51.0%、10.9%,墨点圆度C值从1.38降至1.25左右,印花文本质量得到改善。TEMPO氧化改性的T-MFC作为预处理液中的亲水剂,将其涂布在涤纶织物表面可以改善织物的亲水性,提高织物表面印花效果。In order to improve the digital printing effect of polyester fabric,oxidized microfibrillated cellulose(TMFC)was prepared by using TEMPO(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-nitrogen oxide)oxidation method,and the pretreatment solution was prepared by combining with the auxiliary agent.The influence of the amount of T-MFC in the pretreatment solution on the digital printing performance of the coated polyester fabric was studied by using digital inkjet method.The results showed that when the proportion of T-MFC in the pretreatment solution is 0.7wt%,T-MFC finishing is the best scheme.Compared with untreated fabrics,at this time,the K/S value of fabric printing C,M,Y and K is increase by 29.1%、123.1%、51.0%、10.9%.The C value of ink dot roundness decrease from 1.38 to 1.25.The quality of printed text has been improved.As a hydrophilic agent in pretreatment solution,TEMPO oxidized T-MFC is coated on the surface of polyester fabric to improve the hydrophilicity of the fabric and improve the printing effect on the surface of the fabric.
