摘 要:目前,国内用于在非吸收性材料的绝大多数水性油墨仍在研发中,印刷适性仍存在着很多问题。本研究通过改变柔印表印水性油墨体系中连结料的组成、添加耐摩擦助剂及耐水助剂的方法来提高其在乳白PE薄膜上的附着牢度和耐抗性,并对其产生的影响进行了探究。通过对水性油墨的黏度、细度、热稳定性等基本性能及耐抗性等应用性能进行测试,发现在保证水性油墨具有良好的印刷适性的前提下,将水性聚氨酯树脂R1与实验室自制的水性丙烯酸树脂R2拼混作为柔印表印水性油墨的连结料,可提高水性油墨在乳白PE薄膜上的附着牢度,同时耐抗性也得到一定程度的提高;在该体系中添加0.5%耐摩擦助剂H2及0.5%耐水助剂NS1可使水性油墨在乳白PE薄膜上的耐抗性达到企业要求。At present,domestic flexographic surface printing water-based ink used for non-absorbent materials is still under development.There are many problems in the printing performance of the ink.In this study,the adhesion fastness and resistance of flexographic surface printing water-based ink on Opal PE film were improved by changing the composition of binder in the system and adding friction resistant additives and water-resistant additives,and its influence was explored.By testing the basic properties such as viscosity,fineness,thermal stability and resistance of water-based ink,the results showed that based on the premise of ensuring the good printing adaptability of waterbased ink,water-based polyurethane resin R1 and laboratory made water-based acrylic resin R2 are mixed as the binder of flexographic surface printing water-based inks.The adhesion fastness of water-based ink on Opal PE film can be improved,and the resistance can be improved to a certain extent.When a certain amount of friction resistant additives and water resistant additives are added to the flexographic surface printing water-based inks,the resistance of the water-based ink on the Opal PE film can be further enhanced.Adding 0.5%friction resistant additives H2 and 0.5%water resistant additives NS1 to the system can make the resistance of the water-based ink meet the requirements of the enterprise.
