摘 要:红蓝对抗训练是实战化训练的最高形式,近年来在部队演习演练中被广泛采用,效果显著。军队院校教学向部队靠拢,向实战聚焦,可在航空兵初级指挥专业的人才培养中引入红蓝属性,开展实战化教学的探索和实践。本文提出“模拟环境+师生对抗+硬度可调”的实战化教学组训方法:一是红蓝对抗模拟训练环境,可支撑航空兵初级指挥专业学员开展“规划-部署-实施-评估”的航空兵作战全流程红蓝对抗实战化教学;二是“蓝”教员和“红”学员师生对抗教学组织实施程序;三是适应学员能力渐进式增长的关于训练想定、蓝军能力、导调方式和评定标准的“硬度可调”机制。此外,为确保红蓝对抗实战化教学的顺利实施,给出了锻造“红蓝兼备”院校“蓝”教员队伍的几点建议。Red-blue against training is the most stringent form of combat-oriented training that has been widely used by the military in exercises and maneuvers in recent years.Teaching in the military academy focuses on combat.Red-blue against training is introduced in the context of primary aviation command,and has prompted the development of combat-oriented teaching.The study proposes a method for organizing and training that is characterized by the simulation environment,teacher vs.student scenarios,and varying difficulty.It includes a simulation environment for red-blue against training.The environment can support red-blue against combat-oriented teaching for all processes involved in primary aviation command,including planning,deployment,implementation and evaluation,a procedure for counterwork between blue teachers and red students,and an adjustable mechanism to adapt to the skill of the user to promote gradual improvement.This mechanism of adjustable rigidity is also applied to direct the criterion of assessment.Furthermore,to ensure the successful implementation of red-blue against combat-oriented teaching,several suggestions are offered for training the“blue”team by uniting its skills with those of the“red”team.
