摘 要:血管新生是成人病理状态下血管系统重塑的重要方式。脑卒中后的病理生理学改变除神经细胞坏死外,还包括缺血区及周边组织反应性的血管新生,其可帮助恢复局部缺血脑组织的血液供应,对减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤有重要意义。脑缺血后的血管新生涉及内皮细胞活化增殖、血管基底膜及胞外基质溶解、内皮细胞迁移重构等多个环节,此过程受多种细胞因子的调控。本文就脑卒中后血管新生的过程及其相关调节因子的研究进展作一综述。Angiogenesis is an important method of vascular remodeling in the pathological state in adults. In addition to neurone death, the pathophysiological changes after stroke also include reactive angiogenesis in the ischemic area and surrounding tissue. It helps to restore the blood supply of ischemic brain tissue, which is of great significance in alleviating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia involves the activation and proliferation of endothelial cells, the dissolution of vascular basement membrane and extracellular matrix, and the migration and remodeling of endothelial cells, which are regulated by a variety of cytokines. This paper reviews the research progress of the process of post-stroke angiogenesis and its related regulatory factors.
