摘 要:随着高等教育事业的改革以及对体育课程教学提出的全新要求,体育院校在"健康第一"的理念引领下明确了全新的培养目标,将目光聚焦于培养体育大学生技能学习的自觉化与自主化以及促进其终身体育意识的养成。而探究式教学的提出是对大量教学成功经验的总结,将其应用在体育院校的散打教学当中,能够促进学生从被动接受向主动参与的转变,进一步凸显了学生的主体地位以及实现了学生的个性发展。With the educational reform of higher education,new requirement has been proposed for physical education teaching.Therefore,a refreshed cultivation target has been made by physical education colleges,guided by the concept of putting health into priority,aiming at cultivating selflearning awareness as well as life-long learning of college students.The proposal of inquiry teaching is based on the conclusion of massive successful teaching experience,which shall be applied on the free combat teaching in physical education colleges,in order to promote students’transform from passive learning to active participation,further put students into the dominant position and realize their personalized development.
