乌鲁木齐市高职院校在校大学生抑郁状况与生活事件的相关分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐高职院校在校大学生抑郁状况以及其与生活事件的关联。方法采用方便抽样的方法于2019年10月在乌鲁木齐4所高职院校以班级为单位抽取32个教学班级的1 128名在校高职大学生进行自编人口学问卷、ZUNG氏抑郁自评量表和青少年生活事件量表的调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果乌鲁木齐高职院校在校高职大学生抑郁检出率为34.75%,其中重度抑郁0.89%、中度5.14%、轻度28.72%。父母婚姻为再婚家庭学生抑郁比例最高(56.14%),其次为父母离异(43.14%)、初婚(33.16%)、丧偶(32.69%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.259,P<0.01)。高职大学生有抑郁情绪学生生活事件得分[M(P25,P75)]为38.00(26.00,49.00),无抑郁学生为26.00(18.00,38.00),差异有统计学意义(Z=9.652,P<0.01)。结论乌鲁木齐高职院校大学生抑郁状况检出率较高,与生活事件存在密切联系。Objective To understand the depression status of students in higher vocational colleges in Urumqi and its association with life events. Methods A convenient sampling method was used in October 2019 in four higher vocational colleges in Urumqi.A total of 1 128 students from 32 teaching classes in the higher vocational colleges were selected for the investigation of self-made demographic questionnaires,ZUNG depression self-assessment scale,and youth life event scale. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The detection rate of depression among students in higher vocational colleges in Urumqi was 34.75%,and the rate of severe depression,moderate depression and mild depression was 0.89%,5.14% and 28.72%,respectively. Students in remarried families had the highest proportion of depression(56.14%),followed by parental divorce(43.14%),first marriage(33.16%),and widowhood(32.69%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=14.259,P <0.01). The score [M(P25,P75)] of students with depression in higher vocational colleges was 38.00(26.00,49.00),while that of students without depression was 26.00(18.00,38.00),and the difference was statistically significant(Z=9.652,P<0.01). Conclusion The detection rate of depression among students in higher vocational colleges in Urumqi is higher,which is closely related to life events.
