摘  要:水性塑料里印复合凹版印刷油墨是一种低VOCs排放的环保型油墨,良好的稳定性是进一步扩大其应用的关键因素,影响其稳定性的主要因素包括颜料分散剂的选择、连接料的选择以及制备工艺方法。针对水性塑料里印复合凹版印刷油墨,本论文通过颜料C.I.PW6和C.I.PW146,采用不同的制备工艺对比粒径分布、不同的连接料对比存储稳定性、不同用量的超分子分散剂对比其与同领域传统溶剂型油墨的展色性、光泽透明度及存储稳定性。Water-based gravure lamination ink for film,which is an environmentally friendly ink with low VOCs emission,the stability of the ink is a key factor to further promotion and application of ink.The main factors of the ink stability include the dispersant and the binders used in ink,the preparation process of the ink is also very important.This paper uses different preparation processes to compare particle size distribution of the ink with C.I.PR 146,different ink vehicle to compare storage stability of the ink with C.I.PW 6 and the ink with C.I.PR 146,and different dosages of supramolecular dispersants to compare chromaticity,gloss,transparence and storage stability of the ink with traditional solvent-based inks in plastic packaging printing field.
