摘　　要：目的:对自制极简入路通道(PORT)应用于单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的临床病情控制有效率、并发症发生率、手术相关指标、术后疼痛评分以及患者满意度进行回顾性分析。方法:参与本次研究的子宫肌瘤患者共150例,时间2020年3月至2021年3月。150例子宫肌瘤患者均接受自制极简PORT-单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术治疗。对临床病情控制有效率、并发症发生率、手术相关指标、住院时间、术后疼痛评分以及患者满意度进行回顾性研究。结果:150例患者中,临床病情控制有效率为94.00%,并发症发生率2.68%,手术时间(87.15±7.18)min,术中出血量(56.33±4.09)mL,术后肛门排气时间(11.14±3.18)h,住院时间(4.18±1.09)d,术后疼痛评分(2.57±0.33)分,患者整体治疗效果满意率98.00%。结论:自制极简PORT在单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用价值显著,并发症发生率较低,临床病情控制有效率高,整体手术效果佳。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical condition control efficiency,complication rate,operation related indicators,postoperative pain score and patient satisfaction of port in single port laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:150 patients with hysteromyoma participated in this study from March 2020 to March 2021.150 patients with hysteromyoma were treated by self-made port single port laparoscopic myomectomy.The effective rate of clinical condition control,incidence of complications,operation related indicators,length of stay,postoperative pain score and patient satisfaction were retrospectively studied.Results:In 150 patients,the effective rate of clinical condition control was 94.00%,the incidence of complications was 2.68%,the operation time was(87.15±7.18)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(56.33±4.09)mL,the postoperative anal exhaust time was(11.14±3.18)h,the hospital stay was(4.18±1.09)d,the postoperative pain score was(2.57±0.33),and the overall satisfaction rate of patients was 98.00%.Conclusion:The application value of self-made minimalist port in single port laparoscopic myomectomy is significant,the incidence of complications is low,the effective rate of clinical condition control is high,and the overall operation effect is good.
