摘 要:为了评估餐厨废弃物饲养的黑水虻虫虫干的饲用安全性。通过液质联用方法对189种兽药和霉菌毒素进行筛查,通过标准方法对总砷、铅、汞、镉、铬等5种重金属进行检测,对60份样品进行了分析。结果显示:样品中189种兽药和霉菌毒素均未检出;5种重金属均有检出,但含量均未超出限量值。未发现餐厨废弃物饲养的黑水虻有兽药和霉菌毒素残留风险,存在较低重金属残留风险,安全性较高。Detection and risk analysis of veterinary drugs,mycotoxins and heavy metals in dry Hermetia illucens L.larvae,which fed by kitchen waste.Through the total of 189 veterinary drugs and mycotoxins screened by liquid chromtoatography-high resolution mass spectrometry(LC-HRMS),arsenic,lead,mercury,cadmium and chromium detected by the national standard methods,the risk analysis of 60 batches samples were carried out.Atotal of 189 veterinary drugs and mycotoxins were detected in the samples.The residues of the five heavy metals were found in all the samples in this study,their concentrations were less than the maximum residue limits.The residual risks of veterinary drugs and mycotoxins in dry Hermetia illucens L.larvae fed by kitchen waste were not found in this research.The residual risks of concerning five heavy metals in the samples were low.Findings in this study suggested that the safety of samples was acceptable.
