摘 要:电机振动一直是影响永磁同步电机性能的主要原因之一.为了研究复杂转子磁极结构W型永磁同步电机的振动特性.利用有限元法对W型永磁同步电机进行二维磁场建模仿真分析,获取气隙磁场中的径向电磁力密度,并使用行傅里叶函数进行谐波分析,然后利用Workbench软件建立该电机实体3D模型,对其进行模态分析求取了电机机壳定子各阶模态的固有频率,最后对该电机进行谐响应分析,求取了在电磁力作用下的电机位移、速度及加速度.Motor vibration has always been one of the main reasons affecting the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In order to study the vibration characteristics of w-type permanent magnet synchronous motor with complex rotor pole structure;Two-dimensional magnetic field modeling and simulation analysis of W-type permanent magnet synchronous motor is carried out by using finite element method.The radial electromagnetic force density in the air gap magnetic field was obtained,and the harmonic analysis was carried out by using the row Fourier function.Then,the 3D model of the motor entity was established by using workbench software,and the modal analysis was conducted to obtain the natural frequencies of each mode of the stator of the motor shell.Finally,the harmonic response of the motor was analyzed,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the motor under the action of electromagnetic force were calculated.
