摘　　要：目的探讨急诊救治通道在急性上消化道出血抢救中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年11月景德镇市第二人民医院收治的130例急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按收治时间先后顺序分为对照组(n=65)与试验组(n=65)。对照组采用常规方法抢救,试验组采用急诊救治通道抢救,比较两组患者治疗后的复发出血率、手术率、疾病致死率、止血时间、住院时间、输血量和住院费用。结果治疗后,试验组患者复发出血率、手术率和疾病致死率均低于对照组,止血时间和住院时间均短于对照组,输血量和住院费用少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊救治通道可控制急性上消化道出血患者病程发展,缩短治疗时间,减轻患者经济负担,为生命安全提供保障。Objective To explore the application effect of emergency treatment channels in the rescue of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into a control group(n=65)and a trial group(n=65).The control group was given conventional methods for rescue,and the experimental group was given emergency treatment channels for rescue.The recurrence bleeding rate,operation rate,disease mortality rate,hemostasis time,length of hospital stya,blood transfusion volume and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment,the recurrence bleeding rate,operation rate and disease mortality rate in the trial group were lower than those in the control group,the hemostasis time and length of hospital stay in the trial group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of blood transfusion and hospitalization expenses of patients in the trial group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency treatment channels can control the development of diseases for the patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,shorten the treatment time,reduce the economic burden of patients,and provide protection for life safety.
