摘  要:目的探讨神经酸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪在急性脑梗死恢复期的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年8月松滋市人民医院收治的86例急性脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和联合组,各43例。常规组患者采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,联合组患者采用神经酸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后认知功能、神经功能缺损程度及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者MoCA评分均高于本组治疗前,且联合组评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者评分均低于本组治疗前,且联合组评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经酸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪可增强急性脑梗死恢复期患者的认知功能,改善神经功能,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the application effect of Nervonic Acid combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride on the recovery period of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction at convalescence stage admitted to People′s Hospital of Songzi from February 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into routine group and combined group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride,and the combined group was treated with Nervonic Acid combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride.The cognitive function,neurological deficit degree and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those of the group before treatment,and the scores of the combined group were higher In the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the National Institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the group before treatment,and the scores of the combined group Lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Nervonic Acid combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride can improve cognitive function of patients in recovery period of acute cerebral infarction,improve nerve function,safe and reliable.
