摘  要:本研究分析我国不同地区麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)对吡虫啉的抗药性水平及其酯酶活性的差异,以揭示不同地区麦长管蚜对吡虫啉的耐受性水平及其体内解毒酶对杀虫剂吡虫啉的响应。结果表明,不同地区麦长管蚜对吡虫啉的耐受性存在显著差异,临夏种群对吡虫啉的耐受性显著高于其他地区,其LC 50值为南湖种群的3.03倍;方差分析表明不同地区麦长管蚜的酯酶比活力及蛋白质含量均存在显著差异,其中酯酶比活力最高的临夏种群比最低的碌曲种群高1.89倍;蔡甸和临夏种群的蛋白质含量均显著高于其他种群,不同地区麦长管蚜对吡虫啉的耐受性与其蛋白质含量呈显著正相关。害虫对杀虫剂的敏感性高低与不同地区的用药历史和用药水平密切相关,目前对于小麦过量使用农药的地区应是未来进行小麦害虫抗药性水平重点监测的区域。同时,也是对小麦害虫进行更深入综合治理的地区。The resistance level of imidacloprid and esterase activity of Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)sampled from different regions in China were assessed.It was beneficial to revealing responses of esterase activity of experimental populations of S.avenae to imidacloprid.The results showed that there were significant differences in the tolerance of S.avenae to imidaclopridin in different regions.The tolerance value to imidacloprid of aphids in Linxia was significantly higher than that of aphids in other regions.The LC_(50) value to imidacloprid of the Linxia population was 3.03 times higher than that of the Nanhu population.Analysis of variance displayed that there were significant differences in esterase specific activity and protein content of S.avenae collected from different regions.The Linxia population having the highest esterase specific activity was 1.89 times as high as that of the lowest one of the Luqu population.The protein contents of Caidian and Linxia populations were significantly higher than those of other populations.Tolerance to imidacloprid of aphids in different regions was significantly and positively correlated with their protein contents.The susceptibility of pests to pesticides was closely related to the history and level of pesticides used in different regions.Therefore,areas overusing pesticides should be intensively monitored in the resistance of pests to insecticides in the future.
