危机管理联合外伤急救在急诊颅脑外伤中的应用及对患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨危机管理联合外伤急救护理在急诊颅脑外伤中的应用及对患者神经功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月收治的80例急诊颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和联合组,每组40例。对照组给予外伤急救护理,联合组在对照组基础上联合危机管理。分析2组患者的并发症、神经功能缺损程度和护理满意度。结果联合组患者护理后的并发症总发生率和神经功能缺损程度均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危机管理联合外伤急救护理在急诊颅脑外伤中具有一定的应用价值,且可促进患者神经功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the application effects of crisis management combined with trauma emergency nursing in emergency craniocerebral trauma and its effects on patient’s neurological function.Methods A total of 80 patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and combination treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by first aid care,however,the patients in combination treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by crisis management.The incidence of complications,neurologic impairment degree and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications(2.50%)and the neurologic impairment degree(24.33±7.61)in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(32.50%and 31.52±7.83,respectively),however the nursing satisfaction rate(94.72±11.86)was significantly higher than that(74.35±10.54)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The crisis management combined with trauma emergency nursing has a certain application value in treatment of emergency craniocerebral injury,which can promote the neurological function recovery of patients.
