内科护士对他汀类药物相关知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查内科护士对他汀类药物相关知识知晓情况,并分析影响因素。方法采取横断面研究方式,选择心内科、神经内科以及老年医学科119名护士作为调查对象,借助微信网络平台对他汀类药物相关知识知晓情况进行调查,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果本次共有119名护士参与调查,均为女性,平均年龄(28.46±5.47)岁,神经内科61人,心内科50人,老年医学科8人。结果显示,内科护士基本概念维度分数为(4.09±0.67)分,药物作用分数为(3.25±0.44)分,实验室指标分数为(3.49±0.67)分,生活方式分数为(4.24±0.63)分,总分为(15.08±2.78)分。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、学历、工作年限、职称、能级、职务与他汀类药物相关知识知晓分数相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,学历、工作年限、职称、能级是影响内科护士对他汀类药物相关知识知晓的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论内科护士对他汀类药物相关知识知晓水平较好,但是在他汀类药物作用以及实验室指标维度认知水平还有待提高,学历、工作年限、职称、能级是影响内科护士对他汀类药物相关知识知晓的独立因素。Objective To investigate the statin-related knowledge in nurses in department of internal medicine,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods The cross-sectional study was performed,and 119 nurses in department of internal medicine of our hospital were enrolled as research subjects.Wechat network platform was used to investigate the knowledge of statin-related knowledge in these nurses,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results A total of 119 nurses participated in the survey,all of whom were females,with average age being(28.46±5.47)years,including 61 nurses in department of neurology,50 nurses in cardiology,and 8 ones in geriatrics.The survey results showed that the medical nurse’s scores in basic concept dimension were(4.09±0.67)points,the drug action scores were(3.25±0.44)points,the laboratory index scores were(3.49±0.67)points,the lifestyle scores were(4.24±0.63)points,and the total scores were(15.08±2.78)points.The univariate analysis showed that age,academic career,working years,job titles,energy levels,and positions were significantly related with statin-related knowledge scores(P<0.05).The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that academic career,working years,job titles,positions and energy levels were independent factors affecting the knowledge of statin-related knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses in department of internal medicine of our hospital have better understanding about the statin-related knowledge,but their cognition levels about the role of statins and the dimensions of laboratory indicators need to be improved.And the education background,work experience,professional titles,and energy levels are independent influencing factors on he understanding degree about the statin-related knowledge.
