摘 要:工业机器人因具有灵活性、可编程、低成本等优点,在自动化冲压应用中前景广阔。采用离线编程技术规划冲压自动化线轨迹可以大大提高工件传送效率,实现自动化冲压。首先,建立冲压自动化进行布局规划,给出搬运拾取点和放置点;然后根据机器人搬运轨迹进行规划,最后利用机器人离线仿真平台对搬运轨迹进行验证,最终得到最优的搬运轨迹。Industrial robots have broad prospects in automatic stamping applications due to their flexibility,programmability,and low cost.The use of offline programming technology to plan the trajectory of the stamping automation line can greatly improve the efficiency of workpiece transfer and realize automatic stamping.Firstly,the layout planning has been established to the automatic stamping process.Then the picking points and placement points for handling have been provided and the handling trajectory has been verified by use of robot offline simulation platform according to robot handling trajectory plan.Finally,the optimal handling trajectory has been obtained.
