摘　　要：“质量”一词对于企业的意义除了质量的追求与坚持以外,质量管理系统的实行亦是一大不可或缺的关键。国内外研究文献显示企业根据ISO9001:2015质量管理系统改版同时建立与整合TTQS训练质量系统的可行性是肯定且具有可行性的,故本研究探讨企业实行ISO9001:2015透过人力质量是否对营运绩效造成影响。In addition to the signif icance of the term“quality”to the pursuit and persistence of quality,the implementation of quality management system is also an indispensable key.The domestic and foreign research literature shows that the feasibility of enterprises to establish and integrate the TTQS training quality system according to the revision of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system is certain and feasible,so this study discusses whether the implementation of ISO9001:2015 through human quality affects the operating performance.
