摘　　要：目的:明确我科护士规范化培训内容,为进一步规范、改进和完善科室规范化培训带教方式提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查方法,选取在我科规培轮转学员共135人,分析其对带教科室满意度影响因素。结果:带教计划实施及内容、入科教育、业务学习安排、排班、带教老师能力及态度、出科考核安排及总结评价、科室对规培重视、护士长参与规培管理、工作中遇到问题有途径解决与带教科室满意度评分存在明显的相关性(P<0.05),其中科室对规培重视是满意度总体评价的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:科室对规培重视是满意度总体评价的影响因素,临床带教应结合相应因素完善科室带教方式。Objective:To clarify the contents of standardized training for nurses in the nephrology department,and to provide reference for further standardizing,improving and perfecting the standardized training and teaching methods of departments.Methods:By means of questionnaire survey,135 students were selected to analyze the influencing factors of their satisfaction to the teaching department.Results:There was a significant correlation between the implementation and content of the teaching plan,the admission education,the business study arrangement,the shift arrangement,the ability and attitude of the teacher,the examination arrangement and the summary evaluation,the attention of the department,the head nurse's participation in the management,the way to solve the problems encountered in the work and the satisfaction score of the teaching department(P<0.05),in which the attention of the department to the standardized training nurses was the influencing factor of the overall evaluation of satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The department's attention to standardized training nurses is the influencing factor of the overall evaluation of satisfaction,and the clinical teaching should be combined with the corresponding factors to perfect the teaching method of the department.
