摘　　要：王瑞平教授认为恶性肿瘤形成的病因病机复杂,正气亏虚是恶性肿瘤发病的根本原因;正虚导滞气滞血瘀痰凝,进而酿生热毒,热毒是恶性肿瘤发生的必要条件。治疗上依据恶性肿瘤的中医病因病机理论,在辨证论治与辨病论治的基础之上,利用中药的功效,突出抗肿瘤的效果。王瑞平教授通过对恶性肿瘤病因病机的理解、中药性味归经及功效主治的认识,并结合现代药理学的研究,归纳总结临床用药经验,组建了配伍合理的8组解毒散结的对药:金荞麦与鱼腥草、黄连与连翘、蒲公英与仙鹤草、半枝莲与半边莲、垂盆草与虎杖、山慈菇与蜂房、七叶一枝花与败酱草、全蝎与蜈蚣。对控制恶性肿瘤的发生发展、预防恶性肿瘤的复发转移,取得了良好的效果。Professor WANG Ruiping believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumors are complex.Zheng Qi deficiency is the fundamental cause of malignant tumor.The deficiency of Zheng Qi leads to stagnation of Qi,stagnation of blood and condensation of phlegm,and then ferments to produce heat poison,which is the necessary condition for the occurrence of malignant tumor.The treatment is based on the etiology and pathogenesis theory of TCM of malignant tumor and based on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,using the efficacy of TCM to highlight the anti-tumor effect.Professor WANG Ruiping adopted the understanding of pathogenesis of Chinese medicine diseases in malignant tumors,and the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine nature returning and efficacy combined with modern pharmacology,summarizing the experience of clinical medication,forming a reasonable 8 groups of detoxification and Sanjie of paired Chinese medicine:Rhizoma fagopyri dibotryis and Herba houttuyniae,Rhizoma coptidis and Fructus forsythiae,Herba taraxaci and Herba agrimoniae,Herba scutellariae barbatae and Herba lobeliae chinensis,Herba sedi and Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati,Pseudobulb of Appendiculate Cremastra and Nidus Vespae,Rhizoma Paridis Chinensis and Patrinia Villosa,Scorpio and Scolopendra.Paired Chinese medicine has achieved good results in controlling the occurrence and development of malignant tumors and preventing the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors.
