软性[牙合]垫和硬性[牙合]垫治疗夜磨牙或紧咬牙症临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比分析软性[牙合]垫、硬性[牙合]垫对夜磨牙或紧咬牙患者的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊于牙科的夜磨牙或紧咬牙患者138例,按就诊先后分为研究组、对照组各69例。对照组给予硬性垫进行干预,研究组给予软性[牙合]垫进行干预。对比两组疗效、肌电变化特征、生活质量评分、匹兹堡(PSQI)睡眠质量评分。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组最大紧咬位时咬肌以及颞肌前束肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05),息止位时,研究组咬肌以及颞肌前束肌电值均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:软性[牙合]垫具有一定弹性,对患者牙齿能够起到缓冲作用,是治疗夜间磨牙、紧咬牙症的确切方法。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of soft occlusal pad and hard occlusal pad in the treatment of patients with nocturnal molars or clenching teeth.Methods:According to the order of visiting,138 patients were divided into study group and control group,69 cases in each group.The control group was given hard occlusal pad for intervention,and the study group was given soft occlusal pad for intervention.Before and after the intervention,the curative effect,EMG change characteristics,quality of life score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the EMG values of masseter and anterior bundle of temporal muscle at the maximum bite position in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);at the resting position,the EMG values of masseter and anterior bundle of temporal muscle in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the PSQI score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The soft occlusal pad has certain elasticity and can cushion the patient’s teeth.It is an accurate method for the treatment of night molars and clenched teeth.
