摘 要:个人护理品(PCPs)是一类新型有机污染物,大量研究显示其具有潜在的生态毒性效应。通过测定分析土壤中的蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶三项指标能有效表示其对土壤生态的影响。在此基础上,通过凤仙花种子发芽率生长状况的测定,考察其对植物生长的影响。结果表明:卡松和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯能在短期内激活土壤过氧化氢酶的活性,抑制蔗糖酶和脲酶的活性,但这种激活或抑制作用很快可以恢复,通过植物根长抑制率和发芽率也表明其对植物的生长具有一定的抑制作用。植物实验中,高浓度组的发芽抑制率和根长抑制明显高于低浓度组,复合后发芽抑制率增大,根长抑制并不明显,得出凤仙花种子对PCPs的敏感性为发芽率>根长。Personal care products(PCPs)are a new type of organic pollutants,and a large number of studies have shown that they have potential ecotoxic effects.In this experiment,the three indicators of invertase,catalase,and urease in the soil were used to effectively express the impact on the soil ecology.On this basis,the effects of impatiens balsamina seed germination rate and growth status on plant growth were investigated.The results showed that:cassone and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate could activate the activity of soil catalase and inhibit the activities of invertase and urease in a short period of time,but this activation or inhibition could be quickly restored through plant root growth.Inhibition rate and germination rate also showed that it had a certain inhibitory effect on plant growth.In the plant experiments,the germination inhibition rate and root length inhibition of the high concentration group of were significantly higher than that of the low concentration group,the germination inhibition rate increased after compounding,and the root length inhibition was not obvious.The sensitivity of impatiens seeds to PCPs was obtained as Germination rate>root length.
