上外版高中英语教材词汇练习设计解析

摘  要:词汇是语言学习的三要素之一,而教材是教师进行词汇教学的主要资源,也是学生学习词汇的主要文本。本文依据Nation词汇学习活动分类标准就2020年新修订的上海外语教育出版社(以下简称上外版)高中英语教材中词汇练习设计进行文本分析,发现上外版的词汇练习都涵盖了形式、意义、使用三维度,并按照其顺序逐步侧重,但三者分配比例不太合理,维度下具体内容比例也不太合理。所以,教材编写者在教材词汇版块后续编写中应适当增加形式与使用维度内容;教师要注意引领学生关注词汇的形式与使用,增加词汇使用限制这一欠缺部分;学生应有意识地从三维度练习词汇知识,并在整体认知教材后针对性学习词汇知识。Vocabulary is one of the three elements of language learning.Textbooks are the main resource for teachers to teach vocabulary and the main text for students to learn.This article uses the word learning activity classification from Nation to analyze the vocabulary exercises design in the high school English textbooks:English newly revised in 2020 by Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press,finding that the vocabulary exercises of the textbooks cover all three dimensions:form,meaning and use and the focus of vocabulary exercises is designed according to the order of the three dimensions.But the distribution ratio of the three is not reasonable and the proportion of specific contents under the dimensions is not reasonable too.Therefore,editors should appropriately increase the content ofform and use in the subsequent compilation of the vocabulary section;teachers should pay attention to leading students to focus on the form and use of vocabulary and the missing part:constrains on use;students should consciously practice vocabulary knowledge with the three dimensions.And having overall cognition of the textbook,students should target at making up the weak part.
