我国图书馆员激励管理研究述评

摘　　要：图书馆员的激励管理是激发馆员工作热情、为读者提供高质量服务的关键。文章通过知网数据库检索获取相关文献信息,采用内容分析的方法,发现目前该领域成果丰富,国内学者从激励机制、激励原则、激励措施、激励现状和激励理论的运用方面,采用思辨分析、实证研究的方法对馆员激励进行探析,但既有研究也存在一些不足,未来图书馆员激励研究可从研究对象、研究方法、研究思维方面进行革新,加强该领域研究的时代性、数据性和系统性。The incentive management of librarians is the key to stimulate the enthusiasm of librarians and provide readers with high-quality service.The author of this article,employing content analysis,studies documents in the CNKI database,finding out that researches of this field are abundant.Based on the mechanisms,principles,measures,current status and theories of incentives,Chinese scholars have explored the incentive management of librarians through speculation and empirical researches.Research in the future can be innovated and conducted through subjects,methodology and thinking.As a result,the research can be advanced,data-based and systematic.
