双相障碍和精神分裂症患者面孔情绪识别差异

摘　　要：目的探讨双相障碍与精神分裂症患者面孔情绪识别的差异。方法纳入双相障碍患者、精神分裂症患者各60例,正常对照60名。采用包括愤怒、平静、厌恶、恐惧、高兴、悲伤、惊奇7种情绪的42张面孔情绪图片,测试受试者的面孔情绪识别能力。结果双相障碍组识别愤怒情绪类别得分低于对照组(P<0.05),精神分裂症组在识别愤怒和惊奇情绪类别得分低于对照组(P<0.05),精神分裂症组在识别恐惧情绪类别的得分低于双相障碍组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论双相障碍患者和精神分裂症患者都存在面孔情绪识别功能损害,而精神分裂症患者对恐惧面孔的情绪识别能力较双相障碍患者差。Objective To explore the difference of facial emotion recognition between bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.Methods Sixty patients with bipolar disorder,60 patients with schizophrenia and 60 normal controls were included.Forty-two facial emotion pictures including anger,calm,disgust,fear,happiness,sadness and surprise were used to test the subjects’facial emotion recognition ability.Results The scores of anger were lower in bipolar disorder group than in control group(P<0.05).The scores of anger and surprise were lower in schizophrenia group than in control group(P<0.05).The scores of fear were lower in schizophrenia group than in bipolar disorder group and normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both bipolar disorder and schizophrenia have face emotion recognition impairment,while schizophrenia have worse emotion recognition ability of fear faces than bipolar disorder.
