摘 要:为对乳腺病理诊断中免疫组织化学检测的临床价值予以分析,本文选取2019年2月—2020年4月期间本院收治的乳腺癌患者46例作为观察组,并选取同期收治的59例乳腺良性病变患者作为对照组,对2组患者进行免疫组织化学检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果显示,观察组EGFR、CK5/6、P16、HER-2、P63、CK34βE12、Ki67阳性率分别为86.96%、1.30%、76.09%、82.61%、78.26%、82.61%、78.26%,高于对照组的39.98%、45.76%、32.20%、33.90%、35.59%、42.37%、37.29%(P<0.05);EGFR、CK5/6、P16、HER-2、P63、CK34βE12、Ki67阳性表达和乳腺癌呈正相关性;在对观察组患者样本进行深入检测时发现:ER与EP都为阳性患者中,C-erbB-2同为阳性及同为阴性所占比例分别为27.27%、72.72%;ER与EP都为阴性患者中,C-erbB-2同为阳性及同为阴性所占比例分别为80%、20%。ER、EP和C-erbB-2呈负相关性。由此可见,乳腺病理诊断中免疫组织化学检测的临床价值显著,可为乳腺良性与恶性病变有效鉴别,可将EGFR、CK5/6等作为鉴别乳腺癌的指标。In order to analyze the clinical value of immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of breast diseases,46 cases of breast cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 59 patients with benign breast lesions admitted in the same period were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemistry was performed on 2 groups of patients,and the results were statistically analyzed.The results showed that EGFR,CK5/6,p16,HER-2,p63 and CK34 in the observation groupβThe positive rates of E12 and Ki67 were 86.96%,1.30%,76.09%,82.61%,78.26%,82.61%and 78.26%respectively,which were higher than 39.98%,45.76%,32.20%,33.90%,35.59%,42.37%and 37.29%in the control group(P<0.05);EGFR、CK5/6、P16、HER-2、P63、CK34βThe positive expression of E12 and Ki67 was positively correlated with breast cancer.In the in-depth detection of the samples of patients in the observation group,it was found that among the patients with both ER and EP positive,the proportion of c-erbB-2 positive and negative were 27.27%and 72.72%respectively;Among the patients with negative ER and EP,the proportion of c-erbB-2 positive and negative were 80%and 20%respectively.Er,EP and c-erbB-2 were negatively correlated.Thus,the clinical value of immunohistochemical detection in breast pathological diagnosis is significant.It can be used to differentiate benign and malignant breast lesions.EGFR and CK5/6 can be used as indicators for differentiating breast cancer.
