摘  要:目的:研究微型培训模式在重症监护室(ICU)低年资护士急救培训中的应用效果及对应急能力的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年11月重症监护室低年资护士38名,所有护士均采用微型培训模式进行急救培训,评价培训效果。结果:培训后,护士的专科理论知识与操作技能考核评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05);培训后,护士的各项应急能力评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:微型培训模式用于ICU低年资护士的急救培训中,可有效提高护士的病情观察能力和抢救技术水平,增强护士的应急能力与应急意识,培训效果理想。Objective:To study the application effect of mini-training model in the emergency training of inferior nurses in intensive care unit(ICU)and its impact on emergency response capacity.Methods:During the period from September 2018 to November 2019,38 nurses with low age data in the intensive care unit of hospital were selected as the research objects.All nurses used the mini-training mode to conduct first-aid training and evaluate the training results.Results:After the training,the nurse's assessment scores of specialized theoretical knowledge and operational skills were significantly higher than before the training(P<0.05).After the training,the nurses'various competency scores were significantly higher than before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mini-training model used in the first-aid training of ICU low-age nurses can effectively improve the nurse's ability to observe the condition and rescue skills,enhance the nurse's emergency ability and emergency awareness,the training effect is ideal.
