摘 要:以山东省地方品种鸡爪绵核桃为试材,利用扫描电镜技术,对其花粉形态进行了观察和分析,并与早实核桃进行了比较分析。结果表明,山东鸡爪绵核桃与早实核桃相似,其花粉粒为长球形,花粉以单粒的形式存在。核桃花粉表面均匀分布着颗粒状雕纹,且较为密集,萌发孔凸出于花粉表面。鸡爪绵核桃花粉粒大小为731.82~801.19μm^(2),与新疆早实和‘绿香’核桃品种差异不显著。鸡爪绵核桃花粉(P/E)值在1.22~1.41之间,其形状为长球形,花粉形态的扫描电镜观察为鸡爪绵核桃资源的鉴定和分类提供依据。The pollen morphology of Jizhaomian walnuts was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the pollen shape of Jizhaomian walnut in shandong province and precocious walnut were oblong,and the pollen existed in the form of a single.The surface of Jizhaomian walnut was evenly distributed with granular carvings,which were relatively dense.The germination pores protruded from the surface of the pollen.The size was 731.82~801.19μm^(2),which was not significantly different from Xinjiang precocious and‘Lvxiang’walnuts.The pollen(P/E)value was 1.22~1.41,which was oblong.Scanning electron microscope observation of pollen morphology could be used in the identification and classification for Jizhaomian walnuts genetic resources.
