摘　　要：作为世界上经济发展最快、最具活力的区域之一,香港的职业教育为经济发展提供了重要的人才支持。文章以借鉴香港的教育体制和职业教育为目的,以香港职业教育的代表——职业训练局为研究对象,以实证研究的方法,分析了职业教育的学生来源,以及职业教育的运作模式,得出结论:香港职业教育在政府参与、教育国际化、教育质量保障和院校企业化运作等方面值得我们借鉴。As one of the fastest and most dynamic regions in the world,vocational education in Hong Kong provides important talent support for economic development.With the purpose of drawing lessons from Hong Kong’s education system and vocational education,this paper takes vocational training Bureau,the representative of Hong Kong's vocational education,as the research object,and uses empirical research methods to analyze the source of students and the operation mode of vocational education.It concludes that Hong Kong's vocational education is worth learning from in the aspects of government participation,education internationalization,education quality assurance and institutionalized operation of colleges.
