成都地区医疗机构红细胞类及血浆类血液制品退回的现状分析

摘　　要：目的:分析成都地区医疗机构红细胞类、血浆类血液制品的退回情况。方法:收集2013—2019年成都地区医疗机构红细胞类、血浆类血液制品的退回数据,按类别、数量和原因进行统计分析。结果:2013—2019年,成都地区发放红细胞类血液制品共1 245 911袋,退回1125袋,平均退回率为0.09%,前3位退回原因依次为DAT阳性、抗筛阳性和脂肪血;发放血浆类血液制品共1 144 041袋,退回4485袋,平均退回率为0.39%,前3位退回原因依次为漏袋、絮状物、脂肪血。结论:成都地区医疗机构红细胞类、血浆类血液制品退回涉及多方面原因,应在血液制品制备、运输等各个环节加强落实《血站技术操作规程》《临床输血技术规范》相关要求,并根据不同退回原因采取针对性措施,以减少退回率。Objective:To analyze the status quo of returned RBC and plasma blood products from hospitals in Chengdu.Methods:The data of returned RBC and plasma blood products from hospitals in Chengdu from 2013 to 2019 were collected and statistically analyzed according to category,quantity and cause.Results:From 2013 to 2019,1,245,911 bags of RBC blood products were distributed and 1125 bags were returned,with an average return rate of 0.09%;the top three reasons for return were DAT positive,antibody screening positive and lipemia.1,144,041 bags of plasma blood products were distributed and 4485 bags were returned,with an average return rate of 0.39%;the top three reasons for return were leaking bags,floccule,and fatty blood・Conclusion:There are many reasons for the return of RBC and plasma blood products from hospitals in Chengdu.It is necessary to strengthen the implementation of relevant requirements in the Technical Operating Procedures for Blood Stations and the Technical Specifications for Clinical Blood Transfusion in various links such as the preparation and transportation of blood products,and take targeted measures for different reasons for return,so as to reduce the return rate.
