新制柴连汤合四物汤在前葡萄膜炎患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究新制柴连汤合四物汤在前葡萄膜炎(AU)患者治疗中的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取2017年1月至2020年6月潜江市中心医院收治的82例AU患者,根据随机数字表法分成中西结合组(n=41)与西医组(n=41)。西医组采用常规西医治疗,中西结合组于西医组基础上采用新制柴连汤合四物汤辅助治疗。比较两组总有效率、治疗前、治疗21 d后中医证候积分(畏光、眼痛、视物模糊),随访6个月,并统计两组复发率。结果中西结合组总有效率95.12%(39/41)高于西医组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗21 d后中西结合组畏光、眼痛、视物模糊中医证候积分低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,中西结合组复发率2.56%(1/39)低于西医组的22.58%(7/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新制柴连汤合四物汤辅助治疗AU患者效果明显,可有效改善临床症状,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the application effect of the newly prepared Chailian Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with anterior uveitis(AU).Methods A total of 82 patients with AU admitted to Qianjiang Central Hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were prospectively selected and divided into the group with integrated Chinese and western medicine(n=41)and the group with western medicine(n=41)according to the random number table method.The group with western medicine was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the group with integrated Chinese and western medicine was treated with the newly prepared Chailian Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction on the basis of the group with western medicine.The overall effective rate,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms(photophobia,eye pain,blurred vision)before treatment and after 21 d of treatment were compared between the two groups.All the patients were followed up for 6 months,and the relapse rate in both groups was counted.Results The overall effective rate of the group with integrated Chinese and western medicine was 95.12%(39/41),higher than that of the group with western medic ine(75.61%[31/41]),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms such as photophobia,eye pain and blurred vision in the group with integrated Chinese and western medicine were lower than those in the group with western medicine after 21 d of treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During 6-month follow-up,the relapse rate of the group with integrated Chinese and western medicine was 2.56%(1/39),lower than that of the group with western medicine 22.58%(7/31),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The newly prepared Chailian Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction is effective in the adjuvant treatment of patients with AU,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms an d reduce the relapse rate.
