摘　　要：目的比较分析奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑、艾司奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的成本-效果差异。方法选取惠东县人民医院消化内科在2020年4—10月收治的66例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分成奥美拉唑组、兰索拉唑组和艾司奥美拉唑组,每组各22例。分别应用奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑、艾司奥美拉唑治疗,比较三组患者止血时间、治疗总有效率以及其成本-效果比。结果艾司奥美拉唑组的止血时间明显短于奥美拉唑组、兰索拉唑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组的治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与艾司奥美拉唑组、兰索拉唑组相比,奥美拉唑组的成本-效果比更低。结论与奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑相比,艾司奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的止血速度更快,但从药物经济学分析奥美拉唑的成本-效果比更低。Objective To compare and analyze the cost-efficacy differences of omeprazole,lansoprazole,and esomeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 66 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of the People's Hospital of Huidong County from April to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the omeprazole group,the lansoprazole group and the esomeprazole group,with 22 cases in each group,and treated with omeprazole,lansoprazole and esomeprazole,respectively.The duration of hemostasis,the total effective rate of treatment,and the cost-efficacy ratio of the three groups were compared.Results The duration of hemostasis in the esomeprazole group was significantly shorter than that in the omeprazole group and the lansoprazole group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in total effective rate of treatment(P>0.05).The cost-efficacy ratio in the omeprazole group was lower than that in the esomeprazole group and the lansoprazole group.Conclusion Compared with omeprazole and lansoprazole,hemostasis speed of esomeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding is faster,but the cost-efficacy ratio of omeprazole was lower from the perspectiv e of pharmacoeconomics.
