摘　　要：目的比较CT血管造影(CTA)与磁共振血管造影(MRA)诊断脑动脉瘤的价值。方法选择焦作市人民医院2019年8月至2020年12月收治的64例脑动脉瘤患者进行研究,所有患者均接受CTA与MRA诊断,将数字减影全脑血管造影(DSA)诊断结果作为标准,比较CTA与MRA诊断脑动脉瘤的诊断价值,包括灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率等。结果CTA诊断脑动脉瘤灵敏度与特异度均高于MRA诊断,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。CTA诊断脑动脉符合率明显高于MRA诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CTA与MRA诊断脑动脉瘤均有一定价值,但CTA诊断脑动脉瘤灵敏度与特异度更高,且诊断符合率更高。Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT angiography(CTA)and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)for cerebral aneurysms.Methods Sixty-four patients with cerebral aneurysms in Jiaozuo people’s Hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were diagnosed by CTA and MRA.The diagnostic value of CTA and MRA in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms was compared,including sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate.Results The sensitivity and specificity of CTA in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms were higher than that of MRA,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The coincidence rate of CTA was significantly higher than that of MRA,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Both CTA and MRA have certain value in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms,but CTA has higher sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms.
