摘  要:激励教育是高校思想政治教育的有效手段和重要内容,其中榜样激励更是一种极为有效且广泛应用的方式。然而目前榜样激励教育却存在诸多问题,效能低下,亟需设计一套高效完备的激励机制。文章基于内容激励型理论等榜样激励理论,分析了榜样激励系统的基本要素构成和运行机制,提出要细化导向、过程、内化、反馈四个阶段设计。在此基础上剖析了高校实施激励教育的现状及问题,基于现实问题提出了T大学“榜样人物”激励教育在思想政治教育中运用的探索案例,详细阐述机制设计并论证该机制的实效性,以期为开展大学生思想政治教育提供理论与实践参考。Incentive education is an effective means and important content of ideological and political education in universities,with example motivation regarded as an extremely effective and widely used method.However,there are many problems in the current role model incentive education,and its efficiency is low.Therefore,it is urgent to design a set of efficient and comprehensive incentive mechanism.Based on the role model motivation theory,such as the Content-based Incentive Theory,this article analyzes the basic components and operating mechanism of the role model motivation system,which is proposed to refine the four-stage design of orientation,process,internalization,and feedback.Furthermore,it explores the current situation and problems of implementing incentive education in colleges and universities.To solve the practical problems,it puts forward an exploratory case of the use of T University’s“model figure”incentive education in ideological and political education,elaborating the mechanism design and demonstrating its effectiveness.It is expected to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of ideological and political education of college students.
