技术市场发展、低碳经济与外贸增长动态关系研究--以新疆为例  

Research on the Dynamic Relationship between Technology Market Development,Low Carbon Economy and Foreign Trade Growth--A Case Study of Xinjiang

摘　　要：高质量发展的新时代下,以创新为特征的技术市场发展和以绿色为特征的低碳经济将与外贸增长相互影响,相互促进。基于新疆自治区1990—2019年相关数据,运用VAR模型对技术市场发展、低碳经济与外贸增长的动态关系进行实证研究。研究发现,技术市场发展、低碳经济与外贸增长存在长期协整关系;技术市场发展对外贸增长存在长期显著的正向作用,而外贸增长对技术市场发展的影响较弱;低碳经济发展对外贸增长的影响较弱,而外贸增长对低碳经济发展的影响是先抑制后促进。因此,政府应该因地制宜地建立法律约束机制、人才培养机制、信息联通机制和市场监管机制促进技术市场发展;加强低碳经济与外贸增长相互促进作用;加快引导贸易结构优化升级。In the new era of high-quality development,the technological market development characterized by innovation and the low-carbon economy characterized by green will interact with the growth of foreign trade and promote each other.Based on the relevant data of Xinjiang Autonomous Region from 1990 to 2019,this paper uses VAR model to conduct an empirical study on the dynamic relationship between technology market development,low-carbon economy and foreign trade growth.This study finds that:There is a long-term co-integration relationship between technology market development,low carbon economy and foreign trade growth;the development of technology market has a significant long-term positive effect on the growth of foreign trade,while the influence of foreign trade growth on the development of technology market is weak;low-carbon economic development has a weak influence on the growth of foreign trade,while the influence of foreign trade growth on the development of low-carbon economy is firstly suppressed and then promoted.Therefore,the government should establish legal restraint mechanism,talent-fostering mechanism,information connection mechanism and market supervision mechanism according to local conditions to promote the development of technology market,strengthen the mutual promotion of low carbon economy and foreign trade growth,and move faster to guide the upgrading of the trade structure.
