职业胜任力视角下应用型本科专业就业能力培养路径研究

摘　　要：通过产教融合手段,促进高校教育及人才培养与产业需求、创新需求有机衔接,是应用型高校主动转型升级的需要。如何实现培养学生在多变的社会环境中的职业能力,培养学生充分适应未来职业发展的就业能力,是高校教育应关注的重点内容。本文以河北民族师范学院电子商务专业建设为例,介绍在学生就业能力培养过程中结合职业胜任力理论进行一系列的探索与实践,并得出了实施路径及设计原则,多措并举的推进大学生职业胜任力培养,有益探索了以社会需求为导向的新型人才培养模式。By means of the integration of industry and education,it is necessary for universities to take the initiative in transformation and upgrading to promote the organic connection between university education and talent cultivating and the needs of industry and innovation.How to realize that training students’employment ability in the changing shifting social environment and to fully adapt to the future career development in the process of application-oriented university talents training is the key content that should be paid attention to in higher education.Taking e-commerce specialty construction of Hebei Normal University for Nationalities as an example,this paper introduces a series of explorations and practices in the process of cultivating students'employment ability with the theory of vocational competence,and obtains the implementation path and design principles,and takes multiple measures to promote the cultivation of college students'vocational competence,which is beneficial to explore a new talent cultivation mode oriented by social demand.
