摘　　要：随着知识经济的发展,高校的扩招,我国一些地方高等教育发展与地区经济增长出现不协调的现象;然而,目前地方经济增长对高等教育人才培养质量的要求,应用型本科高校人才培养模式的现状,两者之间适配度不够。因此,本文在对应用型本科高校教育教学改革、人才培养质量分析研究的基础上,结合地方经济的现状、人才需求情况及今后的发展方向,找出应用型本科高校人才培养中存在的一些问题,如何优化培养模式,使高校人才培养与地方经济增长达到合理的适配,达到供需配比平衡,相互促进和发展。With the development of the knowledge economy and the expansion of colleges and universities,the development of higher education in some parts of China is inconsistent with the growth of the regional economy.However,the current requirements of local economic growth on the quality of higher education personnel training and the status quo of the talent training model of applied undergraduate colleges and universities are not sufficiently compatible between the two.Therefore,this article is based on the analysis and research on the education and teaching reform and the quality of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges,combined with the current situation of the local economy,talent demand and future development direction,and finds out some problems in the talent training of applied undergraduate colleges and figures out ways to optimize the training model so that the talent training of colleges and universities can achieve a reasonable fit with local economic growth,strike a balance between supply and demand,promote and develop mutually.
