摘 要:针对重载子午轮胎在大变形过程中的非线性面外力学特征,开展了基于魔术公式(MF)对重载子午轮胎非线性特性和模型修正方法研究.基于轮胎六分力测试试验,开展了重载子午轮胎的面外力学试验研究.针对该型轮胎垂向载荷范围大、扁平比大的特点,分析了重载工况下轮胎垂向载荷对轮胎侧偏特性和纵滑特性的影响规律,建立了重载子午轮胎的无量纲侧偏特性和纵滑特性的非线性解析模型;基于粒子群算法(PSO)和试验数据,开展了轮胎魔术公式模型的特征参数辨识研究,分析了辨识结果对不同载荷作用下的轮胎力学特性匹配程度与影响因素;基于相似性原理提出了重载工况下的魔术公式修正模型,与轮胎六分力测试试验结果进行对比,验证了修正模型的准确性.Aiming at the nonlinear out-of-plane mechanical characteristics of heavy-duty radial tire in the process of large deformation,the nonlinear characteristics and model modification method of heavy-duty radial tire were studied based on the magic formula(MF). Based on the tire six-component force test, the out-of-plane mechanical test of heavy-duty radial tire was carried out.In view of the characteristics of large vertical load range and large flat ratio of the tire,the influence law of vertical load on the side-slip and longitudinal-slip characteristics of the tire under heavy load condition was analyzed,and the nonlinear analytical model of the dimensionless side-slip and longitudinal-slip characteristics of the heavy-duty radial tire was established. Based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) and experimental data, the identification of characteristic parameters of the tire magic formula model was carried out, and the matching degree and influencing factors of the identification results on the tire mechanical characteristics under different loads were analyzed. Based on the similarity principle, a modified model of magic formula under heavy load condition was proposed, and the accuracy of the modified model was verified by comparing with the test results of tire sixcomponent force test.
