摘　　要：基于Arnold置乱和DCT变换技术,提出了一种新的基于非等长置乱水印算法。利用二值化和Arnold置乱变换对水印图片进行预处理,并设置水印的嵌入强度,使水印图片更加适合嵌入的需要,提高了水印的鲁棒性和被检测到的难度。在嵌入过程中,利用DCT变换在频域中嵌入水印,能够较好的均衡水印的不可见性和鲁棒性。通过实验验证,该算法具有较强的防篡改性能。Based on Arnold scrambling and DCT transform technology,a new watermarking algorithm based on non-equal length scrambling is proposed.Using binarization and Arnold scrambling transformation to preprocess the watermark picture,and set the embedding strength of the watermark,make the watermark picture more suitable for embedding,and improve the robustness of the watermark and the difficulty of being detected.In the embedding process,using the DCT transform to embed the watermark in the frequency domain can better balance the invisibility and robustness of the watermark.Through experimental verification,the algorithm has strong anti-tampering performance.
