摘 要:“变频调速技术”是高职院校面向机电一体化技术专业学生的一门专业核心课程。针对现有人才培养模式与企业脱节的现状,课题组将变频安装调试岗、技能大赛规程和职业资格证融合起来,构建了“岗课赛证”阶梯状递进的模块化课程,借鉴“教学工厂”模式在校内模拟真实的企业环境,开创“产教六合一”实践教学模式,引入企业项目,构建以能力为本位“岗课赛证”全过程考核机制。实践证明,该教学模式坚持以学生为中心,课程思政全程融入,学生创新与职业岗位能力得到明显提升。“Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation Technology”is a professional core course for students of mechatronics technology major in higher vocational colleges.In view of the disconnection between the talent training mode and the enterprise,the research group has integrated the post of frequency conversion installation and commissioning,the skill competition procedures and the professional qualification certificate,as a result,a step-by-step modular course of“Post,Course,Competition and Certificate”was constructed.“Teaching Factory”mode simulating the real enterprise environment was referenced in the school,as a result the“Six in One of Production and Education”practical teaching mode was created.introducing enterprise projects,the whole assessment mechanism of“Post,Course,Competition and Certificate”was constructed.The practice proves that the reform has insisted on taking students as the center,ideological and political education was integrated the whole course,and students’innovation and professional post ability had been significantly improved.
