摘 要:医学教育需要更有效的教育模式,而混合式学习是改善医学教育的一种潜力巨大的新的教学形式,在医学教育中的应用正在迅速普及。它可以结合在线学习和课堂学习的优势,能提供多种感官体验式学习,增加学习者的学习动机,加强知识的整合,减少学习记忆认知负荷,从而促进学习过程。本文讨论了混合式学习的含义,即基于移动终端、互联网,将课堂面对面学习与在线学习经过精心设计后结合,采用主动学习策略和多种教学方法,为学生创造一种真正高度参与性的、个性化的学习体验。并从学习模型、在线课程的比例、在线资源的建设以及引入规模等四个方面探讨了混合式学习在医学教育中应用策略,使混合式学习在医学教育中获得更好的实践效果。Medical education requires more effective education mode,and blended learning is a new teaching form with great potential to improve medical education,the application in medical education is spreading rapidly.It can combine the advantages of online learning with classroom learning.It provides multi-sensory experiential learning.It can increase learner motivation and strengthen the integration of knowledge,reduce the cognitive load of learning and memory,thus promoting the learning process.This paper discusses the meaning of blended learning,which is based on the mobile terminal Internet,combines face-to-face classroom learning with online learning after careful design,adopts active learning strategies and a variety of teaching methods,and creates a truly highly participatory and personalized learning experience for students.This paper also discusses the application strategies of blended learning in medical education from four aspects,including the construction of the proportion of online resources of learning model online courses and the introduction of scale,so that blended learning can achieve better practical effects in medical education.
