摘 要:目的探讨基于“六心”护理教育模式对护生人文素养培养的作用。方法将2018年6月—2021年5月于我院实习的335名护生按时间先后分为两组,其中2018年6月—2019年5月接收的177名护生设为对照组,实施常规带教模式,2020年6月—2021年5月接收的158名护生设为研究组,实施基于“六心”护理教育模式。与实习期结束时评价两组护生的理论成绩与对带教模式的满意度评价,并由同1名带教老师于实习前后对所有护生的人文素养进行评价比较。结果研究组平均理论成绩与考试优秀率、及格率均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育前两组护生的人文素养得分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后,研究组人文素养中各项指标得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施基于“六心”护理教育模式,不仅能够显著提高护生的理论知识水平,也有助于提高其人文素养,为临床培养综合的全能型护理人才,且该带教模式获得了护生的广泛好评。Objective To explore the effect of"six hearts"nursing education model on the cultivation of humanistic quality of nursing students.Methods 335 nursing students interned in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were divided into two groups according to time,of which 177 nursing students received from June 2018 to May 2019 were set as the control group to implement the conventional teaching mode,and 158 nursing students received from June 2020 to may 2021 were set as the research group to implement the"six heart"nursing education mode.At the end of the internship period,the theoretical achievements and satisfaction with the teaching mode of the two groups of nursing students were evaluated,and the humanistic quality of all nursing students was evaluated and compared by the same teaching teacher before and after the internship.Results The average theoretical score,excellent rate and pass rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in humanistic quality scores between the two groups before education(P>0.05);After education,the scores of various indexes in humanistic quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the"six heart"nursing education model can not only significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level of nursing students,but also help to improve their humanistic quality,and cultivate comprehensive all-round nursing talents for clinical practice,and the teaching model has been widely praised by nursing students.
